Walk in off the street and the lounge sets the tone — couches to settle into, the members' PB wall, a little retail and the front desk. Somewhere to land before a session and catch your breath after one.

The main

Walk in and the room just keeps going — two full rigs of squat racks and gymnastic rings, a turf strip for sleds and carries, the Concept2 rowing wall, and racks of dumbbells and kettlebells. Wide open, with room to move. Home of Hybrid Training and HYROX.

Bikes, SkiErgs and runners lined up and ready for 45 minutes of high-intensity conditioning. Cardio meets functional training — coached, scalable and built to leave you wrecked in the best way.

A dedicated kids' corner — chalkboard wall, turf underfoot and a stash of toys — so the little ones have their own space just off the floor while you get your session in.

The Reformer

Up the stairs, the mood flips — a light-filled second story wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows, with eight top-of-the-line Reformer beds, a barre and warm timber underfoot. Reformer, mat Pilates and barre, all in one room.

A whole wing dedicated to the work that happens after the work: two private suites each with their own infrared sauna and cedar ice bath, a communal cold-plunge room with walk-in rainfall showers, and a NormaTec compression lounge.

Hybrid Theory Training is a strength and conditioning gym based around expertly coached group training. We believe a gym should be a communal experience and know that getting fitter is better, easier and more effective when done together.
Our programming is based around what we believe are the 4 key pillars of fitness — strength, metabolic conditioning, endurance & mobility — with community at the heart. We have broken down the barrier of entry to strength and conditioning, which was once only reserved for athletes, so that anyone curious and committed about their fitness can experience it.
Hybrid Theory is more than just exercise and fitness. It's an environment that aspires to empower the community through movement and sweat; that supports those around us and strives to obtain peak physical and mental wellbeing. Our mission isn't just to get you ridiculously fit — it is also to strive towards greater wellbeing, life and health.
