Tell us about yourself
Lifelong fitness enthusiast, gym owner, husband and father of 4 little legends. When I'm not coaching or building Hybrid Theory, you'll usually find me mountain biking (downhill preferred), tackling landscaping projects, looking after house plants, or chasing kids around. Fun fact: I was also in the crowd when Rafiki held Simba over the edge of a cliff.
Qualifications & Achievements
Bachelor's Degree in Sport & Exercise Science, along with a few sporting achievements over the years. My specialty is biomechanics—helping people move better, stay injury-free, build strength, and unlock more power and performance both inside and outside the gym.
Favourite song to blast in a workout
Official answer: Whatever keeps the members happy. Unofficial answer: If nobody else is around, there's a good chance Static-X is rattling the speakers and everyone is questioning who's been given control of the playlist. The heavier the music, the better. 🤘
