Lifetime lover of all things fitness and father or 3 wee monkeys. Enjoy dabbling in mountain biking (not uphill), landscaping and house plants. I was also in the crowd when Rafiki held Simba over the edge of a cliff.
Sport and exercise science Degree, few sports awards over the years. My specialty would be biomechanics of how people move to fix/prevent injury and get them producing more power.
Liquor & Cigarettes by Chase & Status would be my current favourite but I'm also not afraid of playing Westside Connection.
I coach a mix of classes including morning, midday and nights
Born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. Moved to South Jersey in the states for a year to work as a Coach, then moved to Christchurch for University in 2016, have been here in the 03 ever since. I’ve been doing CrossFit since I was 12. I played Volleyball all throughout High School up into my senior year, 2 years as a Middle, 2 years as an Outside/Weak-side Utility. I have a 2.5 year old Sable Shepherd named Russell. Beverage of choice, depending on the time of day could be a gin and lime, or chocolate milk. Ask me anything about any movie you’ve seen and I might be able to quote it back to you.

I’m here for a laugh for the most part, but I’m also very passionate about helping people genuinely in all aspects of life, fitness has played a major role in my life on many levels. I have been involved in the fitness/sport scene for over 16 years as both an competitive athlete and a coach, my sport has varied from representative touch, rugby union/league across many levels to most recently CrossFit, where I have competed at the semi final level of competition (one level below CrossFit games).
My favourite songs to work out to would vary, if I’m lifting I like heavy hip hop/rap or if I’m working out love a good DnB track!!
Monday afternoons, Tuesday mornings and afternoons, Wednesday all day and Friday afternoon for the Flow class!
I’m Eve, the new coach on the block. I have a passion for lifting heavy things and working with people. I believe in creating a safe space where anyone from all walks of life can come in and improve themselves through movement. I have been involved in Para-Sport and coaching people with disabilities and aim to bring inclusion to any space I walk into. Cheers to happy days and smiles all around.
