Delete YourAccount

How to delete your account and its data in the Hybrid Theory Training app, published by Hybrid Theory Training Limited.

Delete in the App

  1. Open the Hybrid Theory Training app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

That's it — your account is deleted immediately.

Or Email Us

If you can no longer access the app, email help@hybridtheory.co.nz from the email address your account is under and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account removes your app profile, display name, sign-in details, push-notification token, and every workout result, score, and note you have logged.

Records of your gym membership itself — such as attendance and billing history — are kept separately and retained as described in our Privacy Policy, including where we are legally required to keep them. Deleting your app account does not cancel a gym membership; to cancel, email help@hybridtheory.co.nz.
