WHO ARE WE

Hybrid Theory Training is a strength and conditioning gym based around expertly coached group training. We believe a gym should be a communal experience and know that getting fitter is better, easier and more effective when done together. 


Our programming is based around what we believe are the 4 key pillars of fitness; Strength, metabolic conditioning, endurance & mobility, with community at the heart. We have broken down the barrier of entry to strength and conditioning which was once only reserved for professional athletes so that anyone curious and committed about their fitness can experience it.


Hybrid Theory is more than just exercise and fitness. It's a environment that aspires to empower the community through movement and sweat; that supports those around us and strives to obtain peak physical and mental wellbeing. 


Our mission isn't just to get you ridiculously fit, it is also to strive towards greater wellbeing, life and health.
