HYBRID PROGRAMS

 Our group fitness classes at Hybrid Theory will be like nothing you have tried before. They are the result of key fitness modalities and styles mashed up then expertly put back together again to create a more effective and varied approach to your fitness.



Designed and coached by industry experts, our programs focus on improving your strength, conditioning and endurance with the bolted on benefit of increased mobility.

COMPETE

Compete is a Strength & Conditioning program run through a 12 week periodised program broken down into 3 4 week blocks involving;  Strength, Reps and Speed with each session capped off with a metabolic finisher. 


Each session contains a conditioning piece so you can transfer your weight room performance into your chosen arena.


Compete sessions are run Monday, Wednesday & Friday alongside the Train program

TRAIN

Train is an equal part Strength & Conditioning program with a huge emphasis on posterior chain, arms and core.


 This program runs through a 12 week block that contains squatting of all variations, pressing, deadlifting and all accessory movements that will isolate and pump up targeted muscles. 


Ignite sessions run Monday, Wednesday & Friday alongside the Compete program in the same class.

BARBELL

This one is for the endurance freaks that love a fast paced, high intensity session. This is the glue to the Compete & Train programs and will increase your aerobic & anaerobic capacity, power and speed.  


This is also the time to bring the community together and test your mental and physical capacity. Oh and did I mention sweat!


 Engine sessions are run Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday

BARBELL

Hybrid Barbell is our take on Olympic Weightlifting in a group setting. This class will focus on mastering both the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. 


Whether you are a master of the barbell already or have never used one at all, this class offers an opportunity to learn and improve on those skills.

Hybrid Barbell runs on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

FLOW

FLOW

Hybrid Flow is a program built around the progressive development of gymnastics skills and movement capacity.


Promoting confidence in your ability to move in ways you previously thought impossible.


Hybrid Flow runs on Thursday and Friday evenings.
